New Book on Flex
Extremely talented developer and friend of the Spaceship, Roger Braunstein, has released Introduction to Flex as part of the O’Reilly Short Cut series. If you’ve been thinking about giving flex a shot, we recommend this as a starting point.
Here’s what Roger has to say about the book:
“This book is intended for real people. You have a lot of pressure to keep up to date with new technologies, but you have so much work already, the idea of reading all of a 500 page technical book makes your head spin. I know this is you, because it’s me too! This book is different. It’s 88 pages, costs ten bucks, and comes as an unrestricted PDF. You can read it on your computer, save it to a usb drive and take it home, or print it out. You can read it in one sitting, or during a few coffee breaks. If you need to get up to speed with Flex 2 quickly, this book will be your guide.”
Sounds good to us!
